Is this therapy or coaching?
Therapy. As a licensed clinician I can help with anxiety, depression and burnout as well as questions of meaning and identity. If coaching is a better fit for you, I’ll say so.

Yes — in Spanish, English or a mix of both.
Is it only online?
Yes. Secure video sessions for anyone physically located in Florida during the session.
What if I travel?
When you’re outside Florida, we reschedule.
Do you take insurance?
I work mainly with private pay and can provide a superbill. [CONFIRM: insurance]. Paying privately means your insurer isn’t billed.
Is it confidential?
Yes, within the limits set by law, which I explain in our first session.
What happens in the free consultation?
A 15-minute call to hear what’s going on and see if we’re a good fit. It isn’t therapy, and there’s no commitment.
What’s the difference between a psychologist and a mental health counselor?
Both provide therapy. Psychologists hold a doctoral degree and also do psychological testing. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I hold a master’s degree and a Florida license to [CONFIRM: assess and treat — exact scope] mental health concerns through psychotherapy.
Can you prescribe medication?
No. When it helps, I coordinate with your doctor or a psychiatrist.

This practice isn’t an emergency service. Call or text 988, or call 911.
